HPLC Dad or PDA Detector
The polychromatic light passing through the sample contained in the flow cell is absorbed by the compounds in the sample. The light output from the flow cell irradiates the diode array where the light intensity per nanometer wavelength is measured.
The L-3520 Diode Array Detector (DAD) responds to ultraviolet and visible light with wavelengths from 190nm to 640nm. The L-3520 uses a Deuterium light source, condenser and filter, flow cell, monochromator and 1024 Diode Array Detector with high sampling rates to achieve high sensitivity, low noise chromatograph spectrum.
