HPLC UV-Vis Detector
Ultraviolet and visual spectrum detector, a light source is passed through the sample contained in a flow cell, a photodiode and high-speed sampler measures the Flow cell output light intensity. Then based on Lambert-Beer Law where the concentration and light path length are constant, the absorbance of the sample can be calculated.
The Dionamix L-3500 UV-Vis Detector includes two light sources, a Deuterium lamp with wavelength of 190 nm to 422 nm and a Tungsten lamp that extends the range from 422 nm to 800 nm. The Dionamix UV-Vis incorporates unique electrical and mechanical design to achieve low noise, high sensitivity and flow cell that is easy to maintain.
